These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mytown33 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://mytown33.cam and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

mytown33 is an online gaming and sports betting platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, slots, sports betting, and related entertainment services. • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).

• You must not be employed by, contracted to, or an immediate family member of an employee of mytown33 or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have a history of account closure for problematic gambling behaviour on this Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Submitting false information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

mytown33 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to returning any real-money balance not subject to forfeiture under these Terms.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on mytown33. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, balances forfeited, and winnings voided.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. Any activity conducted from your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, mytown33 requires completion of our standard KYC verification process. You will be required to submit a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Driver's License, or Passport, along with proof of address (a utility bill or official bank statement dated within the past 3 months). Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.

4.4 Account Currency

All accounts on mytown33 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. Transactions made via DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

By accessing and using the mytown33 Platform, you agree to the following terms of use:

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is made available solely for personal entertainment purposes. You agree to use mytown33 only for lawful personal gaming activities and in compliance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from the Operator.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies with other players.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings resulting from technical errors are void and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information to mytown33 staff or during any verification process.
• Placing bets while under a self-exclusion period or while the account is subject to any form of restriction.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions or these Terms.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed via any supported payment method.

5.3 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have a compatible device and internet connection to access the Platform. mytown33 accepts no liability for any loss arising from interruptions in internet connectivity, device failures, or browser incompatibilities during play.

6.1 Deposits

mytown33 accepts deposits via the following methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, as well as cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation.

All funds deposited to mytown33 must be from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal requests by verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the payment method used. Bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong are supported.

mytown33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. The Operator may withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

6.3 Transaction Disputes

Any discrepancy in your account balance should be reported to our support team immediately. mytown33 maintains complete transaction logs and all disputed transactions will be reviewed against server records. The Operator's records shall be the definitive source of truth in all transaction disputes.

mytown33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is offered.

• Bonuses are available to eligible real-money account holders only. Each bonus is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotional terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that meet the stated wagering requirement and pass any applicable withdrawal review are eligible for cashout.
• mytown33 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion being withdrawn, any bonus already credited to an account and actively wagered will continue to be governed by the terms under which it was granted.
• Abuse of any bonus offer — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or exploitation of predictable outcomes — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the mytown33 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once accepted by the system, except in cases of demonstrable system error.
• In the event of a sports market suspension, any unsettled bets placed prior to suspension will be assessed individually. The Operator's decision on settlement shall be final.
• mytown33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has been determined through illegal means, including match-fixing or result manipulation.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. Current payout limits are published within the sportsbook and live betting interfaces and are subject to change.
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino game round that results in the game not completing normally, the bet will be refunded to the player's account balance. No winnings will be paid on incomplete rounds.
• Live betting markets on events such as Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and UFC are subject to real-time line movement. The odds accepted at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to the bet.

mytown33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its users. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take this responsibility seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all account holders at no charge and with immediate effect upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been actively playing beyond a set time threshold.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per session, per day, or per week.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary break of 24 hours to 6 weeks may be applied to your account without permanent closure.

mytown33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Operation of multiple accounts in contravention of the single account policy.
• Identification of the account as belonging to an individual under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a third-party payment processor.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts are subject to a monthly administration fee of RM10 after the 12-month threshold, deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding forfeited amounts) will be returned to the player via their preferred withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal processing procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mytown33 and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, betting settlements, or market movements.
• Any service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or regulatory-imposed service suspensions.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security practices.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment processors in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by our negligence, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.

All content on the mytown33 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, brand identity, text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without written authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any game or Platform component.
• Using mytown33 trademarks, brand assets, or game content for any commercial purpose.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content.

Game content made available on mytown33 is licensed from international game studios and remains the intellectual property of those studios. Their names and marks are used under licence and do not imply endorsement of any specific claim made on this Platform.

mytown33 collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of its services. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account on mytown33, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of that data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
